Refund policy

At DrivSecure™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • Timeframe: 14 calendar days from receipt.

  • Product condition: Unused, in the original packaging and with all accessories.

  • Exceptions: Personalized, perishable or discounted items are excluded from exchanges.

📦 Return procedure:

Contact us at support@Drivsecure.com with your order number, the reason for return and, if applicable, a photo of the product.
We will provide you with a return address and a return authorization number.

The return shipment must be sent via a carrier with tracking.
(Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We accept no liability for lost packages.)

💸 Refund:

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
